With the advent of electronic media, the issue of intellectual property rights has become critical as many forms of electronic art exist and are disseminated in digital formats which make it difficult to apply traditional copyright laws.
In today's internet age, a company's intellectual property may be its biggest asset, so how can a company protect it?
