Help us start the new year with a unique and tasty experience. Join ACW members and friends for a Basque Dinner by renowned chef Jehan de Noue. Imagine yourself in the Basque region of Spain and France. You can participate with hands on food preparation or merely observe, but the fun will be in the camaraderie, the learning experience, the great food and wine.
The demonstration will be proceeded by a special guest - a Westchester food reviewer (she may or may not be in disguise) - who will give us some insight on what a reviewer looks for in a restaurant review. Especially valuable for any of you with restaurant clients.
